There's an old joke...

A Texan and a New Yorker (city, not state) were talking, and the Texan,
being Texan, started to brag on Texas:

"In Texas, you can start in El Paso, start driving east, all day, all
night, and all the next day, and still be in Texas."

The New Yorker replied, "Yeah, Manhattan traffic can get that bad, too."
