	Referee's Manual p. 68. Table 3: Radars. A 5km (Distant range) TL 9 radar is
0.001 tons (or 1 kg / 1 liter), so costs Cr1,000 and requires 1Kw of power. So a
hand held unit (the batteries for TL 9 are amazing).

	TNE Fire, Fusion, & Steel p. 50. Radar. A 3 km TL 9 radar is 100 liters, 200
kg, and cost Cr 100,000. And requires 0.1 Mw of power, and requires a 0.05
square meter antenna.

According to GURPS Vehicles a 5 km (3 mile) range radar is 1.36 kg, 1.7
liters, C1,500, and requires 0.75Kw of power. So again a hand-held unit.

The radar's all scale differently in terms of range.
