old old school, I have sub2ps which is a program that will produce nice postscript subsector maps in the LBB style from a text file.

<http://dbdev2.pharmacy.arizona.edu/tprogs.html>

It compiled (albet with some warnings, but it works) just now under OSX 10.9. Standard C. (you'll need to install XCode command-line tools.) should compile under linux or any win system with a c compiler, such as cygwin <https://www.cygwin.com/>

I needed to comment out the malloc.h bit and include stdio.h and (possibly stdlib.h) in the source for it to compile without error.

It's not mine, but written by a long, long-ago TML member.

Very nice indeed for the purpose. probably not what you're looking for, but thought I'd throw it out there...
