Somehow, I sense that there's a bit of the TU represented in this;

p.s. I've known a few folks (my youngest sister was one & her big day was hosting the current ruling Prince of Monaco when his dad was still on the throne) who've tried the hospitality industry & none have lasted longer than 10 years so I think 35 years is a pretty damn good accomplishment.
