You will probably have to go directly to the API.

To download the TSV for a sector (e.g. Deneb) use the following link:

https://travellermap.com/data/Deneb/tab - TSV
https://travellermap.com/data/Deneb/sec - Sector Data page

and to get the XML metadata file use the following link

https://travellermap.com/data/Deneb/metadata

Replace "Deneb" with the full name of the sector you are interested in.
Scripting this works great.
