You'd find a lot more natural bodies, everything from micro-comets on
up to brown dwarfs (though most of those have likely been spotted
already).

Ships would get lost in the noise.

On the other hand, there would be prospectors searching for such
bodies because they are good sources of volatlies (easier to get at
than a gas giant, and harder for someone to blockade you from.

And if a misjumped ship has working sensors and maneuver drive, they
may be able to find something to refuel from. Of course, it'll be
unrefined fuel...
