Not really; at 1G 7 days is more than enough time to get from earth to jupiter; traveling at three gees (with 2 compensated) you can get most places in the Solar system within the 2 week necessary to jump out and back. A whole lot depends on how accurately you can navigate to a specific end point in space upon exiting a jump.
