That's for sure, but then don't the hivers just dump their offspring out into the wilds & just wait & see how many survive?

I've never wondered why the K'kree wiped out that 'threat' once it was discovered but I've always wondered why they didn't also redouble their efforts to wipe out the other 'threat' (hivers) that created the first one.
