And mammal genes, and vertebrate genes, and, and, and…I expect ‘racial purity’ in Solomani Confederation is more of a cultural ‘one drop’ determination rather than anything seriously rooted in fact.

They’ll have fixated on a couple genetic markers unique to Vilani and if you have those, you’re not ‘pure’ enough.
