Near as I can tell, the likely answer is in MgT 3I Reft Sector. But
Evyn is right, it's from the Mongoose Great Rift kickstarter (which
shows it as a generic purple blob with no systems inside).
If anybody has the Reft Sector book (it's 1e), see if the answer is in there.
