Worse than _Striker_. It allowed you to roll 16D (yes _dice_) to determine
how many incoming rounds your TL15 PD is effective against.

If your combat system is going to allow silly amounts of incoming missiles
(economics aside), then it better also allow silly amounts of defence too.
