That's just it, of course.  Remember the era that Traveller comes from,
and that Striker - aka, basically, "Boarding Action" - was one of the
very first side-games, supplements or whatever you'd call it.

Deck plans are... okay, let me amend that slightly.
Deck plans for LBB-scale ships are there to be fought on.
Deck plans for High Guard-scale ships are to be wanked over by whoever
designed it.
