Basic premise was that a slacker angel was in charge of a section of
the heavenly records and when an unexpected inspection happened he
misfiled a couple of "folders".

That wasn't noticed, but other sloppiness was. so he got exiled to
earth and it just happened to be right next to the two people whose
reords he'd misfiled.

One was a female college student ho got misfiled in such a way that
she's now a high school senior again.

the other was a guy who was really into racing his car on local
roads, and is now a gal.
