We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of the White + Burke team, Susie Brooks - our Director of Business Development.

About Susie

Susie brings more than 13 years of collective marketing and business development experience that is further strengthened by the diverse industries in which she has worked, including Benchmark Senior Living in Shelburne, Genesis Healthcare in Burlington, and E4H in Williston/Portland/Boston. Susie provides an experienced approach to creative problem solving and assisting businesses through competitive and challenging environments. She has a natural talent for fostering authentic multi-dimensional relationships.

In her role with W+B, she will bring focus to the individual client story, identify new business relationships, and deepen collaborations within our network of professional partners. Increasing W+B's strategic capacity, she will lead directed efforts for market share growth and discovery of new business opportunities. Susie energetically enters this new role, bringing a fresh perspective and shared desire to help growing companies succeed.

Susie is a graduate of Bates College and Vermont Academy. She holds active positions on the AgeWell Board of Directors, Chittenden South Burlington (CSB) Youth Hockey Association, and is Lead for the Vermont Air National Guard's 158th Security Forces Family Readiness. Susie lives in Williston with her husband and two sons, where she is a volunteer coach in a variety of youth sports, and is active in the Vermont Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association.
