I applaud the diversity efforts and related activities this year by the way. Powerful and much needed.

As this dialogue space matures I wonder if you could share some information which could be useful? (At some point time allowing)

It's always helpful to take stock sometimes, especially as we all gear up for a new administration both statewide and federally.

So...

1. How many people are on the Listserv as of today?

2. What are our demographics for female to male member representation?

3. What are the top 3 professions most represented?

4. What professions or groups are underrepresented or missing which could prove beneficial to invite to the conversation? Or at least think about?

5. In state versus out of state member %?

6. Non-profit versus for-profit based organization representation?

7. Chittenden county located businesses or organizations as compared to other county representation?

Not sure if others have similar or other questions but for us it would be great to get a clearer sense of this well curated Listserv space.
