Here's my image from 2100m on La Palma from tonight (Sept 19.83):

https://britastro.org/observations/observation.php?id=20230919_224751_e05f2919b950fde2

This shows a star of mag 9.9 at an apparent altitude of 1.5 deg and an
elongation of around 14 deg. This is a crop from a 4x3 deg image and
there is a 6th mag star around 1 deg below the comet which I'll use for
a magnitude estimate. When I get home I'll be able to do some more
advanced processing on these images with better gradiant removal and
better stacking. At the moment the simple stacking I'm using restricts
the length of stacks due to differential refraction at these low altitudes.
