Peter,

Indeed it has. The ion tail is very bright tonight and much sharper than
in Denis' image of a couple of days ago. Ion tails are very dynamic and
can change over a period of a few minutes since they are formed by the
gusty solar wind.

My image from tonight (Feb 26) is here taken just as the comet set below
my roll-off shed roof.
