One that is, unfortunately, not in the cards. Not because of lack of
desire or because of extra work, but because of legalities: Mongoose
doesn't let money change hands without them getting a cut, except if
support is limited to requiring ONLY the material in the SRD. Even if I
never saw a dime of the PoD price (all goes to Lulu or whichever PoD
service shop I go with), it's still a violation of those terms, and I'd
get a polite whack upside the head with a 2x4 printed with "Dewey,
Cheatem, and Howe, Attorneys at Law" (or maybe "Solicitors"). I can't
even accept donations to defray the cost of hosting.
