Not a typo; "Co" for Cold was not a trade code in the early days of
Traveller; this is a GEnie/Sunbane file. C# was a code indicating that
there was a Chirper presence on the world (and D# similarly indicated
Droyne), where # indicated a rounded #0% of the population (e.g., C1 = 10%
Chirper, D5 = 50% Droyne, etc.).
