Ah, don't know how to do or calculate that (I'm not an accountant, my
older brother is). Unless you mean the mortgage, in which case that's
included.
After being paid off (and being given the 40 year overhaul), the base
cost of running a subsidized merchant is only cr28,175/jump, before
calculating for any subsidies and/or passengers.
