Mortage/month is cr203145 (all fractional credits rounded up to the
nearest whole credit). Multiplying by 12 for the yearly payments give
us cr2,437,740, then dividing by the 25 jumps/year gives us cr97510,
which is the income needed per jump to pay the mortgage.
