The street in New York is "xxxxxx@n" (the @ is a schwa). Texans always
fsck it up.

The city in Texas is "HYOO-stn" (less than a schwa in the second
syllable). New Yorkers don't fsck it up as badly as Texans do the
street - but we ain't foolin' the locals.
