Large moons like luna are likely to be rare around habitable planets.
The earth-Moon system is essentially a binary planet, like Pluto &
Charon.

So with smaller, closer, moons the phases are apt to be less than a
week. Possibly even less than a day! (check the synodic periods of
Phobos & Deimos!)

Months will just be convenient divisions of the year.

Oh, and if your habitable "planet" is a moon of a gas giasnt, the
phases of the other moons will be too short as well, Check the
orbital periods of the Galiliean moons of Jupiter.
