Depend on how you define "exit point" of a jump. It's got to be
plotted relative to *something*.

And even if you are plotting it relative to the planet, you have to
do so with regards to where it will be at some point in time.
Anything else makes it "magic".

Given how little time even a maximum error makes at even 1g, it
wouldn't be a big deal with a piloted ship. With an automated one, it
could be a big problem.
