Hi there and happy new year

Ah! The coat hanger subsector.

(Although I see that the coathanger is no longer so visible over at
travellermap these days)

Couple of questions if I may:

Many of these worlds have (fairly brief) descriptions in the Traveller
wiki from a variety of sources. I assume these are to be used as
starting points? Or do your own thing from the UWPs?

Are you going to define what doesn't make sense? Either I'd not
necessarily know a garden world orbiting an M9v isn't going to happen
(and you may wish to exclude me from the project on grounds like that)
or I'd do my best to come up with a reason why it *was* happening.

(For example I ran into something like this with Havant over in
Reavers' Deep and you can see my efforts on pages 7-11 of this:
http://reaversdeep.com/images/downloads/IntoTheDeepIssue5.pdf
with some adventure material on pages 12-15, 20-21 and 23
You might as well treat that as a CV - I doubt I can do much better,
so if that kind of thing is not what you're after - shout now)

What about history? (of worlds and the subsector) This is really hard
to do on a world by world basis as you need the bigger picture stuff
to slot into.

So ignoring the T5 extensions? Or trying to fit in with them? (And
then, if fitting in with them, mentioning them directly or not?)

Is there an aim to have a story arc rather than 'merely' a set of
descriptions, then? If so, will that be a framework to hang things on
or are you expecting it to emerge from the individual parts?

Phew! As I'm most definitely not... :-)

Which should we consider as 'reference'? Of those two sources, even
just the Jump routes are different.

Probably not this side of TravCon in March as I keep thinking of
things I ought or could do to prepare for that, but that leaves a fair
chunk of time till this time next year...
