Using overview of the Sensors on QSDS q.5e p. 10 and the table on p. 11 the
Small Military sensor package is composed of Radar, Ladar, HRT, and a
Radar Jammer.  To get the volume of 4.5 Td and the USD code A2 P3 J1 the
package is built with the Radar and Ladar systems both have a short range of
60,000 km. The HRT short range increases to 90,000 km using a fixed array
and the Radar jammer has a short range of 30,000 km.

I'm curious about why the jammer's range is shorter than the radar's range?

Using a folding array instead od a fixed array increases the volume from 4.5
to
5 Td. The price for the radar antenna and adjustment to the HRT volume bumps
the total package cost from MCr90 to MCr 98.4.

I am shooting to have the TL-9 packages posted for review later today 5/6/15
