The Sensor overview on QSDS 1.5e p. 10 states "The Improved package
increases the range of the basic sensors". My analysis shows that the
Basic package uses a 300 km Radar and 60,000 km HRT. The only change
I found in the Improved Package is for the radar's short range which goes
from 300 km to 3,000 km. The HRT short range remained at 60,000 km.

Recommend changing the text to something like:

"The Improved package increases the range of the active sensor".
